What guarantee do I have on my products?
Our products come with a 100-day manufacturer's warranty. If something is wrong with your product in the first 100 days, we will solve the problem with you if you contact us at hey@perfumoreandco.com.
Which countries do you ship to and what are the shipping times and costs?
We ship worldwide.
Our delivery time is 5-7 working days. With a processing time of 2 working days.
Shipping costs are free on all orders.
How can I track my order?
24 hours after you have placed your order with us, you will receive an e-mail from us with a tracking code that you can use to track your order.
Can I return my order if I don't like the product?
Yes, we have a 30-day return policy. This means that you can return your product to us for a refund within 30 days of placing your order without giving a reason. You then send the product back to our Wearhouse in the Netherlands!
Please note: the costs for the return shipment are at your expense.
I have not received a confirmation from you after placing my order?
If you have not received a confirmation email from us within an hour of placing an order with us, something has gone wrong. Make sure you check all your email folders. Sometimes these emails end up in your spam. If you really haven't received it, contact us right away at hey@perfumoreandco.com. Our team will help you as quickly as possible to get the right information about your order.
Which currency do you use on your website?
Our website uses only the currency of the country you are currently in. The price of a product is automatically converted into your own currency.
What if I have made a mistake in my address when placing my order?
If you have inadvertently made a mistake when filling in your address, you must contact us within 2 hours of placing the order to change it. Otherwise we will unfortunately not be able to help you as the order is already being processed by our warehouse.
You can reach us at hey@perfumoreandco.com. The subject line must contain WRONG ADDRESS so that our team can recognize this immediately and solve it for you.
My order is still marked as unfulfilled, what does that mean?
If your order is still marked as unfulfilled, this means that your order has not yet been processed. Once the order has been processed and a tracking number has been created for your order, it will be marked as fulfilled. There is a 24-hour processing time for an order.

Can I cancel my order?
No, once you have placed an order with us, you can no longer cancel it. However, you can return the product to the Netherlands as soon as you have received it! Please note: the costs for this are at your expense.
